The Nike Air Max 90 ‘Bright Crimson’ Space trainer looks like it is about to set off on a mission to Mars to the sound of Babylon Zoo’s ‘Space Man’.
Those who grow up in the UK in the 90s will the remember when Babylon Zoo released their number 1 track ‘Space Man’. A mash up song of Post Grunge & UK Trip Hop that merged distorted guitars, break beats and high pitch lyrics usually associated with NRG, Gabber & Hardcore dance music. The track has absolutely nothing to do with Nike Air Max, however it would act as a good marketing soundtrack to this latest release. Nike now introduce the Nike Air Max 90 ‘Bright Crimson’ Space trainer for November 2020 which looks more like something you would find an astronaut sporting on a mission to Mars. Perhaps Air Max trainers for space travel could be the next big thing?
In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the original Tinker Hatfield running silhouette, this latest iteration of the OG 90s classic features updated premium leather uppers in ‘night silver’ & contrasting detailing in ‘bright crimson’ for some ultimate ‘space man’ vibes. Features include waxed laces alongside silver swooshes to the sidewalls. The toe box is re-worked with added overlays also in ‘night silver’ to create a unique ‘space man’ aesthetic like nothing quite seen before on the early 90s runner.
The Nike Air Max ‘Bright Crimson’ Space trainer drops for November 2020 & is available to shop now from a range of retailers from the Air Max Tings store. Also be sure to subscribe to Air Max Tings to keep up to date with all the latest Air Max news, releases & drops.
